At Porsche Vinylwerks, we stand behind the quality of our precision-cut vinyl graphics. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a comprehensive returns and refunds policy.
Return Eligibility
30-Day Return Window
You may return unused, unopened vinyl graphics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligible Items
- ✓Unopened vinyl graphics in original packaging
- ✓Products received in error or damaged during shipping
- ✓Defective products covered by our 5-year warranty
Non-Returnable Items
- ✗Custom-designed or personalized vinyl graphics
- ✗Opened or partially installed products
- ✗Products damaged due to improper installation
- ✗Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
How to Return

Contact Us
Email porschevinylwerks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Get Authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.

Ship It Back
Package the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Information
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- •Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval
- •PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- •Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
- •Items with signs of wear or installation attempts
- •Items not returned in original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
- ✓Our Error or Defective: We'll provide a prepaid return label
- ✗Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
- 1.Return your original item following the return process above
- 2.Place a new order for the desired product
- 3.Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item
Damaged or Defective Products
If your vinyl graphics arrive damaged or prove to be defective:
Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- •Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- •We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you
- •Return shipping label will be provided
- •Covered by our 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects
