Important information about product installation, warranty coverage, and liability.
1. Professional Installation Recommended
While our decals are designed for ease of use, Porsche Vinylwerks Ltd highly recommends professional installation for all large-format graphics.
2. Application Disclaimer (The "Installer's Risk")
Porsche Vinylwerks Ltd is not responsible for any damage to the product or the vehicle surface resulting from:
Improper Surface Prep
Failure to remove wax, ceramic coatings, or contaminants prior to application.
Environmental Factors
Installation in temperatures below 10°C (50°F) or above 25°C (77°F), or in direct sunlight/windy conditions.
User Error
Bubbling, tearing, misalignment, or "silvering" caused by incorrect squeegee technique or dry-fitting errors.
Aftercare
Damage from high-pressure power washers or harsh chemical cleaners applied directly to the vinyl edges.
3. Limited Warranty
We warrant that our products will arrive free from manufacturing defects and will match the specifications ordered. If your product is defective upon arrival (e.g., incorrect color or physical damage to the vinyl before backing is removed), please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Important Note
Once the adhesive backing has been peeled or application has been attempted, the product is deemed "used" and is no longer eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
