✅ Returns Accepted
We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items within 14 days of receipt. Replacements or full refunds are issued promptly once the return is confirmed. Contact us at porschevinylwerks@gmail.com to begin a return.
Made-to-Order Products
All Porsche Vinylwerks kits are cut specifically for your vehicle model, year, and trim. Because each kit is produced to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg. 28(1)(b)).
However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If something is wrong — we'll sort it.
When We Accept Returns
Damaged on Arrival
If your kit arrives visibly damaged or the vinyl is defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos.
Wrong Item Sent
If we sent the wrong design or the wrong vehicle spec, we'll replace it at our cost. Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Not as Described
If the product materially differs from what was described on the Site, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
When We Cannot Accept Returns
- ✕Change of mind after production has begun
- ✕Incorrect vehicle details entered at checkout by the customer
- ✕Damage caused during installation or removal
- ✕Damage caused by improper cleaning chemicals or abrasive washing
- ✕Products purchased more than 14 days ago (except where a latent defect becomes apparent)
How to Request a Return
- 1Email porschevinylwerks@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- 2We'll respond within 1 business day to confirm whether your return is accepted and provide a returns reference number.
- 3Send the item back to us using a tracked service. We recommend Royal Mail Tracked or similar.
- 4Once received and inspected, we'll process your replacement or refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Return postage costs are covered by us for faulty or incorrect items. For all other accepted returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refund Timeline
Once we've confirmed your refund, it will appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Stripe processes refunds within 5–10 business days.
