These Terms of Service govern your use of Porsche Vinylwerks and your purchase of bespoke vinyl graphics. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
Clause 4: Bespoke & Custom-Made Goods
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day "cooling-off" period for returns does not apply to goods that are made to a customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
As all Porsche Vinylwerks products are manufactured to order based on your specific model, year, and colour selection, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for "change of mind" or for graphics ordered for the incorrect vehicle model. Please use our "Garage" filter to verify fitment before purchase.
Clause 5: Quality Guarantee & Replacements
We take immense pride in our work. While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we will replace any item that is:
✓ Faulty or Damaged upon Arrival
Must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
✓ Incorrect Item
If the product received does not match your order specification.
Clause 6: Installation Disclaimer
Porsche Vinylwerks provides professional-grade vinyl. However, we are not liable for:
- ✗DIY Installation Errors: Damage caused by incorrect installation or "DIY" errors.
- ✗Paintwork Damage: Damage to vehicle paintwork during application or removal (especially on non-factory or degraded paint).
- ✗Adhesion Failure: Adhesion failure due to ceramic coatings or waxes.
💡 Recommendation: We advise professional installation for all partial wraps and complex graphics.
Your Responsibilities as a Customer
- •Verify your vehicle fitment using our "Garage" tool before ordering
- •Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- •Use professional installation for optimal results and safety
- •Allow 5 working days for manufacturing plus shipping time
