   Temperature Management

   Professional installers monitor surface temperature constantly. Ideal install temperature is 18–25°C for the panel surface.

   Pro tip: Use an infrared thermometer — not just ambient temperature. Panels in direct sunlight can reach 50°C+ even on mild days.

   Use Knifeless Tape for Perfect Edges

   Knifeless tape allows you to create perfectly straight cut lines without a blade touching the paint — critical for racing stripes.

   Pro tip: Lay knifeless tape before applying the vinyl — it sits between layers and pulls out to create a clean cut.

   Post-Heat Every Install

   After the full graphic is applied, go over every millimetre with a heat gun. This is what separates professional installs from amateur ones.
