These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://porsche-vinylwerks.store and any purchase made through it. Porsche Vinylwerks is a trading name of COLLINGHAMCO LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15540675), 21 Fulmar Way, Worksop, S81 8UF. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

All products are made-to-order precision vinyl graphics kits. Products are manufactured in the United Kingdom using 3M™ 2080 Series cast vinyl. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and compatibility information are accurate. However, images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to display settings. All products are aftermarket accessories. Porsche Vinylwerks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we decline your order after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly. Please ensure your vehicle details (model, year, trim) are entered correctly. We cannot be responsible for kits that do not fit due to incorrect vehicle information provided at the time of order.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice. Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than displayed, we will contact you before processing.

Products are made-to-order and typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery to UK addresses is via tracked courier service. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you when we receive full payment.

As our products are made-to-order and cut specifically for your vehicle, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b) — goods made to the consumer's specification). However, we will always accept returns where: • The product arrives damaged or defective • The product does not match your order specification (wrong model, wrong design) • The product is not as described In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at porschevinylwerks@gmail.com with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect vehicle details entered by the customer.

3M™ 2080 Series vinyl carries a manufacturer's warranty of up to 7 years for outdoor use under normal conditions. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation, mechanical damage, harsh chemicals, or abrasive washing. Installation guides are provided with every kit. We recommend following them carefully. We accept no liability for damage caused during self-installation.

All design files, website content, and branding are the property of COLLINGHAMCO LTD unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from this Site without prior written consent. Racing heritage livery designs (Martini, Gulf, Rothmans, etc.) are produced as aftermarket tribute graphics. We make no claim to the original trademarks associated with these designs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COLLINGHAMCO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer and reside in another part of the UK or EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
